  • Paul LaFontaine

    Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Paul LaFontaine was appointed CEO of Sulake in September 2011. Prior to joining Sulake Paul was the Vice President of Global Distribution at Disney's social gaming company Playdom. He distributed Playdom's social and mobile games on the diverse global gaming networks. Before Playdom, Paul led international market development at eSolar, a utility-scale energy company. Paul also drove strategic growth for Ticketmaster from the UK and Los Angeles, and served as CEO of Antiron, a wireless technology startup. Paul holds a BS in engineering from West Point.

  • Outi Henriksson

    Chief Financial Officer

    Ms. Outi Henriksson was appointed CFO of Sulake in Sept 2006. Her responsibility covers finance&treasury, M&A, legal and HR. Prior to Sulake, Outi worked as CFO at mobile services company LaNetro Zed, based in Madrid and Helsinki, in a leading role in executing financial merger, restructuring and public listing preparations. Outi has also worked as Finance Director of largest Nordic telco group Sonera (currently TeliaSonera). Prior to telecoms and online media, Outi worked two years as Business Controller in NY for food ingredient company Cultor (currently Danisco). Outi has over ten years of top management experience from telco and online services finance and M&A. Outi holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) from Turku School of Economics, including studies in University of Denver.

  • Heini Kaihu

    Executive Vice President, Habbo Product and User Sales

    Ms. Heini Kaihu joined Sulake in January 2005 as a marketing manager, and currently she is responsible for Habbo's Product Design & Management. As part of her role, Heini also leads the Business Intelligence and User Insight functions at Sulake. Before joining Sulake she was working for Sonera Zed as Business Manager with responsibility areas in mobile communication & entertainment services and concept design. Heini holds a M.A. degree from University of Tampere, including studies in University of Utah.

  • Osma Ahvenlampi

    Executive Vice President, Strategy

    Since joining Sulake in 2003, Mr. Osma Ahvenlampi has served various roles ranging from engineering management to business intelligence and technology leadership. He is now looking for the next disruptive business and product idea to build to an international success greater than Habbo Hotel. Prior to Sulake, Osma has worked as software architect, project manager, technology consultant and developer team leader in sectors such as financial services, media and telecom. He believes that success is built from combining a forward-looking vision with iterative working methods and data-hungry, self-directing teams.

  • Markus Halttunen

    Chief Technology Officer

    Mr. Markus Halttunen joined Sulake in March 2004. Over the years, he has had an integral role in shaping both the technology behind Habbo Hotel, as well as the teams developing and maintaining the service. His current responsibilities include leading the Software Development and the Technical Operations units. Prior to joining Sulake, he worked as a lead developer for a software company i4Synergy and as a freelancer journalist for Sanoma Magazines, the leading magazine publisher in Finland. Markus holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science from the Helsinki University of Technology.
