What a great peace event we had ☺ Check out the video!

If you did not know this already, on Friday the 19th of September Habbo and War Child staged the Global Habbo Global Peace Gathering, a virtual peace event organized in Habbo communities all over the world. 18 countries were united by the campaign to raise awareness of the impact of conflict on young people. The events were arranged to celebrate the UN International Day of Peace, held on Sunday 21st of September.

In addition to participating the gathering, the Habbo users could download virtual badges and stickers to support the cause - a total of over 133,00 stickers and badges were handed out during the event. Users could also show their support on the campaign group pages, through which they accessed information on how conflicts affect young people.

Peace!
